So gas went up 50 cents today for no reason....or is there a reason? do you know why? I had 2.49 at my local station last night, 2.99 now.

And I’m sitting here in Canada looking at the refinery out of my office window and it’s the equivalent of $4.12/per us gallon.

$2.99 is cheaper than cheap we haven’t payed that low in 10 years other than for a week 3 months ago when the oil prices collapsed

Yeah. It’s over $6.50 a gallon (US) where I live, right now. €1.65 a liter at a cheapish place. $2.99 is what it must’ve costed in the 1980s.

I figured this was the reality. Detroit is about to be the hub of the automotive enthusiast for the weekend. And most of them are driving cars that get less than 15 mpg.
